We hope you love what you ordered! If not, no worries! For non-jewelry items, you can return them in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure all tags and liners are intact. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Please note, all jewelry sales are final. Final Sale items and Jewelry are non-returnable. If you return any of these items, we can't issue a refund, credit your account, or re-ship the item back to you.

Absolutely! Some of our jewelry is lead and nickel-free. They're made from a blend of metals, mostly aluminum and steel, so you can wear them comfortably! Just check the description of the item for confirmation before you place your order.

We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days after you place them! The arrival time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
